Sorceress's Garden
OSRS Sorceress's Garden calculator — sq'irk Thieving XP and pet
Work out the Sorceress's Garden grind in Old School RuneScape: how many sq'irks and sq'irk juice you need, the Thieving and Cooking XP you'll get, and your Rocky pet chance to reach any Thieving level, for each garden (Winter, Spring, Autumn and Summer).
How Sorceress's Garden XP works
You pick one sq'irk per garden lap, crush them into sq'irk juice and hand the juice to Osman for Thieving XP. Winter takes 5 sq'irks per juice for 350 XP, Spring 4 for 1,350, Autumn 3 for 2,350 and Summer 2 for 3,000 — so the effective XP per sq'irk is 70, 337.5, 783.3 and 1,500 respectively. Crushing each sq'irk also gives 5 Cooking XP.
The sq'irk method gives no Farming XP — only picking the garden's herbs does (50 per trip). Rocky, the Thieving pet, is far more common here than from pickpocketing: 1 in (10,339 − 25 × your Thieving level), rolled once per sq'irk.
Frequently asked questions
Which Sorceress's Garden is best for Thieving XP?
The Summer garden (level 85 Thieving) gives the most XP — 1,500 per sq'irk — and around 160,000 Thieving XP per hour on a busy world. Lower gardens require less Thieving but give far less XP.
Does Sorceress's Garden give Farming XP?
Not from picking sq'irks. Only picking the garden's herbs gives Farming XP (50 per trip, 25 per herb), and that yields no sq'irks or Thieving XP.
What is the Rocky pet chance at Sorceress's Garden?
1 in (10,339 − 25 × your Thieving level) per sq'irk — much better than the roughly 1/257,000 base rate from pickpocketing Master Farmers or Ardougne Knights.
